Project Manager


We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager with 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction to join our team.

The Project Manager’s essential function is to manage all elements of the project. Specifically:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the contract documents and estimate of each project assigned
  • Prepare all documents required for project meetings
  • Coordinate material deliveries and subcontract work in accordance with progress schedule
  • Assist in the resolution of design and detail issues
  • With the Project Superintendent, prepare and update monthly job cost reports
  • Prepare data for monthly invoices
  • Responsible for obtaining payment from Owner in accordance with the contract
  • Review and approve vendor invoices and Subcontractor’s Monthly Requisitions (SMR) Assure that shop drawings and submittals are received, reviewed, approved, and returned to the appropriate parties to ensure the delivery of materials and equipment
  • Author all project correspondence


  • Prepare and submit timely change order proposals to the design agent or Owner
  • Manage the As Built process to ensure the information is transferred to permanent record set
  • Ensure all warranty and closeout documents are submitted at Substantial Completion
  • Assist Project Superintendent in coordinating required inspections by regulatory agencies and attend State Fire Marshal inspections
  • Schedule Post-Completion Meeting to analysis the project’s success and shortcomings
  • Assist in compiling and completing project punch lists
  • Promptly obtain and record (when required) the executed contract between Owner and Contractor, Contract Certificate of Substantial
  • Completion, Occupancy Certificate, and Clear Lien and Privilege Certificate
  • Project Manager is responsible for authorizing payment to subcontractors and vendors upon receipt of funds from Owner
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities as management requests
